  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT): Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy that has been proven to help treat a wide range of emotional and physical health conditions in adults, young people and children. This process focuses on modifying dysfunctional thought process and dysfunctional beliefs to provide improvement.

 

  • Working on Goal/ Outcome: In this therapist and person work together to identify the problem area or area that needs attention. And then working towards that goal with framing of steps

 

  • Relaxation Therapy: A relaxation technique (relaxation training) is any method/ process that helps a person to relax, to attain a state of increased calmness, or otherwise reduced levels of anxiety, stress or anger etc.

 

  • Counseling: Counseling is a specific process of assistance extended by a therapist to an individual in any problematic situation

  • Guided Imagery Relaxation: This is a process to relax and make positive changes. Guided Imagery is used to visualize positive actions, changes, or accomplishments

 

  • Psychotherapy: is a shared treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a Psychologist. Weaved in conversation, this therapy session provides a supportive environment to patient that allows you to talk openly with someone who's objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.

 

  • Trauma Tapping: It is a healing process for desensitizing emotional stress or a painful event.

 

  • Timeline Session: This session is focused on orientation towards Future, wherein person would be working and heading towards future.

 

  • Reframing: A psychological technique to identify irrational and negative thoughts and behavior and then to find positive alternatives.

 

  • Belief Change: Our beliefs establish the limits of what we can achieve. It is the process of working and changing limiting beliefs and achieving the state of empowerment.
